The X-Fold 5 is the lightest book-style foldable, weighing only 220g and measuring 4.3mm when unfolded and 9.2mm when folded. It has a kinematic hinge made of carbon fiber and steel, is rated for 600,000 folds, and is water and dust resistant up to IPX8/IPX9 standards. A new programmable shortcut button above the volume rocker allows you to quickly access tools such as the camera, torch, and AI functions.

The aspect ratio of the display is 4:3.5 and due to being LTPO the refresh rate goes from 1Hz to 120Hz. The display is bright, has vibrant colors and overall quality is impressive.
